WHAT WE DO

OUR CORE BUSINESS

Located in the unique eco-destination of Limpopo, bordering Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique; lies the bountiful commercial mixed farming operation that is Mgagao Shamba.

Named after the rural village of Mgagao in Iringa, Tanzania, and paying tribute to the Bantu people of the coast of East Africa with Shamba, meaning farm in Swahili; Mgagao Shamba is an oasis of abundance in South Africa’s gateway to the north.

A patchwork of terrains, the expanse of the farm extends from the West of Limpopo, over the flat and fertile shrubby landscape, perfect for livestock farming to the centre of the province, where the plentiful produce of exotic fruits, flowers and vegetables is attributed to the high rainfall and tropical climate.

A unique eco-destination of Limpopo, bordering Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
